A new large-acre subdivision, coming to North Idaho.

First public look at what we've been quietly working on outside Athol. Fifty-eight homesites, six acres give or take, twenty-some minutes from Coeur d'Alene.

The pitch for a “large-acre subdivision” in North Idaho is usually five-acre lots with the trees knocked flat and a paved road that goes in a circle. What we’re building outside Athol isn’t that.

Fifty-eight homesites. Six acres each, give or take. Public highway-district plowed roads, gas already in the ground, and thirteen thousand acres of protected timber next door. The kind of place you buy when you’re thinking about where your grandkids will visit, not where your resale exit is.

More details, aerial photos, and the “why we built it” video are on the Clagstone Country Estates page. Or follow the Hundred Year Land Co. channel for future updates as the neighborhood fills in.
