Property information shown on this site — square footage, lot size, bedrooms, school district, price history, tax assessments, photos — comes from the listing broker, public records, or the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). It’s been gathered carefully, but:

Information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Buyers should verify all measurements, schools, utilities, HOA details, easements, and any other material facts to their satisfaction before closing.

MLS, IDX, and third-party data

Active listings shown on or linked from this site are sourced from the Coeur d’Alene Multiple Listing Service (CDA MLS) via IDX feeds. Some listings are owned by other brokerages; those listings carry the listing brokerage’s information and trademarks.

Listing data on the IDX feed is updated frequently but may lag actual market state by minutes to hours. Always confirm a property’s status with us or the listing broker before traveling to view it.
