Documenting the 400-acre build.
We're recording the Clagstone build as it happens. The parts that show up in the aerials, and the parts that don't. Here's the first short.
Most subdivision developers finish, sell, and move on. That’s how you end up in a neighborhood where nobody remembers why the road bends where it bends, or which trees were left standing on purpose.
We’re keeping a public record instead. The idea is simple: every significant thing that happens at Clagstone Country Estates gets caught on camera and posted to the Hundred Year Land Co. channel. The aerial above the meadow. The day the gas line went in. The neighbor who walked over from the next road and asked what we were doing.
The reason isn’t marketing. It’s memory. A hundred years from now, someone who owns one of these homesites should be able to see how the ground looked before the first foundation, why the ridgeline was left undisturbed, and how the road ended up hugging the tree line.
